Finding Respite in the Garden

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Over the past several days I was fortunate to visit dear friends and enjoy quiet moments in their lush garden. Just before departing yesterday I took one more walk around the property and “soaked in” as much color and quiet as possible. With camera in hand I explored the grounds for the sole purpose of “filling the well.” (These images are especially for my two gardening friends Leslie and Joan.)

We have moved on from Washington State to Oregon. We are following the Columbia River Gorge. Once the rain stops I plan to capture the breath-taking scenery to share with you, the readers, in the future. Back to holiday mode!

Great Pics: So warm and welcoming to us as we are just beginning to see a few trees budding. My Lilacs will take at least another month to bloom. Yikes!
Safe travel home again and will see you June 1 for last class and potluck. Leona
