Fabricators of the Okanagan…

…a group to take note of!
After my energetic weekend with the Quilt BC organizing committee it was time to regroup and refocus for two days of Twisting the Landscape with members and friends of the Fabricators! Sixteen keen textile artists gathered in Penticton to explore abstraction and it’s possibilities. Two days flew by and to my dismay I realized a little late that I had neglected to take any photos. I quickly went around and captured just a few images as participants were about to pack up.

We are making our way across Alberta and the snow covered prairie today. I look forward to getting home to catch up on sleep and creative time for myself. I am tweaking some ideas and look forward to fondling fabrics in the studio soon.
To all my American friends – Happy Thanksgiving!

Thankyou for sharing your talents, looking forward to completing my project. I was fortunate to join these ladies for your class, perhaps I am able to work with them in the future.
