Making the most of a sunny day

Golden HourToday was one of the best days of spring so far! The mercury climbed to 25 C, and when we saw the cloud formations around dinner time we knew that the sunset would be worthy of capturing.

Not far from our place we stopped along the road where the fields are still flooded – it makes for the most stunning reflections. This is the best time to go out and capture nature, the mosquitoes haven’t hatched yet… wait a week or two and we will have to douse ourselves with insect repellant before we seek the best places to watch the setting sun.

Golden Hour 2This soothing reflective scene was just south of where the sun was setting. The golden light illuminated the trees and grazing cattle. I peaceful end to a busy day… Enjoy!
