As a blogger one always explores other blogs, I have a particular interest in photography and travel blogs. A couple of years ago I came across Gavin Gough, an exceptional photographer, on who also provides well researched and well written posts which transport you to the place he is currently exploring.
This morning a notification of his latest post arrived in my inbox. Depending on my schedule I don’t always visit his posts immediately but this time the title was “Indigo”. Here is the link to Gavin Gough’s post which you will find most informative, if you have ever been interested in Indigo culture.
Those of you planning to attend Art Quilt Campus 2015 (AQC) will have an opportunity to explore indigo. There are only 7 out of 30 spots left. All of these are in week 2 (September 20th – 26th, 2015) at Muenster, SK. Check out some of the previous years’ images and activities here.
Yes Please, I would like that piece of Indigo. One day I will get my indigo quilt and my indigo jacket.

You are welcome, Shelley! Indigo is fabulous – every culture has it’s own way of honoring this marvelous dye plant. I was so pleased to find this blog post this morning.
