Join me for a Sunday walk…

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms among the readers.

I had the pleasure of walking Roberts Creek Beach and Gibson’s Landing along the Sunshine Coast only one week ago today. Today is a day to reflect and enjoy the memories of our recent time at the West Coast by sharing these images.

Enjoy your Sunday!

  2. Love your photos of the Sunshine Coast. Its a beautiful day here today, I may take the camera and go walkies this afternoon. I have a house to view this morning 🙂 Hopeful that it might be ‘the one’. If not, I guess I continue to look.

Happy Mother’s day to you! The mountains are such a beautiful colour, you captured it I tried. The Sunshine Coast is a little bit of heaven. We really enjoyed exploring.

    • Thanks for the feedback on the photos, Donna. We arrived in pouring rain at the Sunshine Coast and by the time I was teaching and judging the weather improved. The only sunny time I experienced was Sunday morning before we had to catch the ferry back to Horseshoe Bay. None the less, we really enjoyed the time we spent in and around Gibson’s and Roberts Creek. Are you off to Kenora this summer?

Happy Mother’s Day to you Anna. The haze is lifting and the sun is beginning to warm up the day here. Last night I finished Let the Elephants Run. It inspired me to return to my bookshelf and re-read Simple Abundance, A Daybook Of Comfort and Joy. I am excited to stretch my creative self into appliqué with felted wool. Visiting rug hooking shops has been included on my latest adventures.

    • Simple Abundance is a great book. Makes us see and appreciate the little things in life. So refreshing! I am drowning in kits for upcoming workshops. Makes the resolve to drastically reduce my teaching and traveling that much stronger. Enjoy your day!
