In an Ontario Garden…

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

I arrived in Southern Ontario last night and despite the unpredictable weather  found an opportunity to explore my friend’s lush garden between downpours today.

The garden is like a private park with a great mixture of color, value change, and textures. My visit is almost over – I head to London tomorrow to start teaching workshops on Tuesday.

My garden exploration will keep me inspired and energized for the next couple of weeks. Hope you enjoy the little slideshow.

  1. Hi Anna, Thanks for posting info and a link for the Mancosu Quiltfest call for entry many months ago. I’m not sure that I would have known about it otherwise. I followed the links for entry and got my acceptance letter today.
While you’re in that area of ON there’s a fantastic SAQA exhibition at the Stratford Perth Museum in Stratford.
Keep teaching and encouraging, you have the touch. Gratefully, Jaynie

    • Always happy to share, Jaynie! Glad to know that it helped in securing another venue of competition for you and other Canadians. Best of luck. Wish I could see the show this year but my two consecutive years at World Quilt came to an end in 2015.
