…we woke up to thunder and lighting and by late afternoon the weather really turned ugly… here is a taste of what was overhead around 5 pm. It brought with it so much rain that the satellite reception on the TV has vanished for the past 4 hours… hopefully there were no tornadoes!

It’s been raining here for 5 hours non-stop… we have had intermittent satellite connection for the internet and no satellite TV reception all night. Can’t wait for the sun to come back!

Amazing clouds, Anna. We have had rain most of the day as well, with thunder and lightning in the mid afternoon. Rain guage now says more than an inch and a quarter.
