Before I turn in for the night I wanted to check in quickly. 16 eager participants have arrived this afternoon to explore creativity and push their skills during my second week at Muenster, SK. On my morning walk I caught sight of a bush with these rich, red berries. I made the picture with my iPhone and two dogs pulling on their leashes… apologies for a less than sharp image. I love the rich complimentary colour scheme, the perfect inspiration for a colour study…

Where is everyone? After a brief orientation in the classroom and first consultations about planned projects with most participants a few of us gathered in the lounge tonight. Those who had come from a distance headed to bed early to catch up on rest for an action packed week. I look forward to working with everyone!

Stay tuned for regular updates as the week progresses. Dyeing is on the agenda tomorrow. I wonder what I will post tomorrow night?
