Check in from Grasslands National Park

We checked the calendar Sunday morning, logged on to the long-term weather report a few minutes later and made a split second decision to head out camping. Grasslands National Park has been on our agenda for years… Here are a few images from our drive and the campsite we are parked at. In true prairie fashion… not a shade tree in sight. 😉 More at a later date on my travel blog Exploring Culture – Searching light! Internet connection is available but I don’t want to spend the day online! Have a great day!

So glad you got away. Also glad that you chose the shadiest spot available, i.e. if you stand on the shady side of the camper you will be in as much shade as you are going to get. Have fun.
