Many years ago, in another life time (it so it seems) we owned a business catering to fibre artists who engaged in spinning, weaving, basketry, nature dyeing and knitting. Every year we received a purchase order from Kings Landing, NB for flax to be used for demonstration purposes at the historic village.
We have driven by the site five times and on our way westward on our trip we made the time to visit, finally. This was well worth the time and entrance fee. We enjoyed a lovely fall day exploring Canada’s English history in New Brunswick.
Love how you presented this… never been to Kings Landing but I have visited “Le Village Acadien” several times and the “Pioneer Village” in Toronto. Will half to stop into Kings Landing next time I visit NB. shediac1981

Hi !
I have very much enjoyed all your photos from your trip Anna. Your expertise with your camera is very evident. You’ve been very busy!!
Charlie and I are driving to Arizona (with our dog Joey – a Yorkie). Today being our first day. We will be away for 2 months
We will have 6 weeks in Mesa at a wonderful resort that accepts dogs. My health is not very good after a bad fall. It takes Seniors so long to heal. I also have a Dr’s appointment in mid Dec to see if my right knee is ready for a total hip replacement. I have been doing lots of quilting albeit moe slowly than usual.
