Art Quilt Campus

(last updated November 29th, 2017)

Art Quilt Campus is an annual event organized by the author of this blog, Anna Hergert. 2016 marked the fifth consecutive year Art Quilt Campus was organized independently. Registration for 2018 for return participants is now underway. General registration will open up after January 15th,  2018.

In late July 2012, we started calling the event Art Quilt Campus when a small group of seven had the entire Emma Lake Campus to ourselves. After Emma Lake Kenderdine Campus closed in November 2012 an alternate venue was secured for one week. 12 participants gathered for five days at Shekinah Retreat Centre near Waldheim, SK. Please, scroll down on this page to find links to images from the first event.

2014 realized an unprecedented increase in interest, and it was decided to expand the event to two weeks. St. Peter’s Abbey in Muenster, SK east of Saskatoon, is where we now gather and grow our art quilt knowledge. Seasoned and beginner quilters alike are welcomed.
